Transcription: On the toolbar, there's a strange little button that looks like a paintbrush. It's been there for many, many years and a lot of us have never taken the time to figure out what it does. Well, if you see something and you're not sure what it is, again press Shift-F1 and your mouse pointer turns into a question mark. You can now click on any button, any command or any option in a dialog box and instead of actually doing something, you're simply going to say, what is this? Click. A window will appear telling you what that option is and how you can use it in your work with Microsoft Word.
